- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality automated testing solutions.

Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Create and maintain automated test scripts utilizing Worksoft Certify to ensure comprehensive testing of business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather insights on business workflows and automation needs.
- Run and oversee automated test suites for regression testing, analyzing outcomes to ensure system stability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to address and resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development of test strategies and plans specifically for Worksoft Certify projects.
- Offer technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders regarding Worksoft Certify.
- Perform peer reviews of test scripts and offer suggestions for enhancements.
- Actively participate in improving testing processes and methodologies on an ongoing basis.
- Mentor and train team members on best practices for Worksoft Certify.
- Stay informed about updates and new features of Worksoft Certify to maximize its effectiveness in testing.
- Manage all administrative activities related to Worksoft Certify.
