It’s a 120-minute online test with 100 multiple-choice questions covering Analytical & Mathematical Capability, Logical Capability, and Mental Reasoning. 2. Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT): Based on your CBT merit, candidates 8 times the number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the CBAT. This test assesses your aptitude for the role, and you’ll need to secure a minimum T-Score of 42 marks in each test battery. The good news? No negative marking here!
3. Document Verification (DV): If you ace the CBT and CBAT, you’ll be called for Document Verification. Your final merit will be calculated with 70% weightage given to your CBT performance and 30% to your CBAT score.
4. Medical Examination: The final stage requires you to pass the prescribed A-2 medical standard, as conducted by Railway Medical Authorities. Please note, candidates who have undergone Lasik surgery or other corrective eye procedures are generally not eligible for this post.
