Educational Qualifications and Experience –

• Have completed or are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Privacy, Information Security, or a similar discipline.
• A strong understanding of the privacy domain and its principles.
• Familiarity with numerous privacy laws, including the Information Technology Act, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, GDPR, CCPA, RBI, SEBI, and IRDAI Regulations.
• Previous internship experience in the FinTech or Privacy fields would be appreciated.
• Experience conducting research or working on a project in the field of privacy.
• Excellent research, analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft application suite.

Experience – Freshers

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Investigate and monitor evolving privacy laws, regulations, and best practices, as well as assess their influence on our company.
• Help the privacy team establish, implement, and manage privacy policies and procedures.
• Assist with documentation efforts for framework development, privacy assessments, data mapping, audits, and so on.
• Contribute to privacy education resources.
• Analyze the privacy risks connected with company activities and data processing, and make recommendations for risk reduction.
• Conduct Data Privacy Impact Assessments in consultation with the privacy team.
• Examine privacy provisions in third-party contracts.
• Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders on privacy-related issues and provide general assistance to the privacy team.

Rs. 30,000/- Per Month(Expected).
