Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Hold a Master’s degree from an Indian university with at least 55% of the possible points, or its equivalent grade, in the relevant, related, or concerned subject, or an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
- Must hold a Ph.D. from an Indian or foreign university in the appropriate, associated field, or must have passed the National Eligibility Test (NET) intended for the appointment of Assistant Professor (Stage-1).
Age Limit:
- A candidate’s age cannot be greater than 45 (forty-five) years or less than 21 (twenty-one) years on the last day to receive and submit an online application.
- The upper age limit mentioned above may be lowered by 5 (five) years for candidates who are women, members of the SC/ST/SEBC, or who are disabled and by 10 (ten) years for those whose permanent disability is 40% or greater.
