A nominal application fee is generally required, with important exemptions:

Age Limit

As of 1st January 2026, you must meet the following age criteria:

• Minimum Age: 21 years.
• Maximum Age: 42 years.

This means your birth date should fall between 2nd January 1984 and 1st January 2005. Age relaxation applies as per government norms for SEBC/SC/ST/Women/Ex-Servicemen (5 years) and Persons with Disabilities (10-15 years).

Educational Qualification

To qualify for the Assistant Agriculture Engineer (AAE) post, you need a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Engineering from a university or institution recognized by a State Government or the Government of India.
