MSC Bank Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Trainee Junior Officer
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate with at least 60% in any discipline and Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects. Applicants who have passed the JAIIB/CAIIB will be given preference.
  • Experience: Minimum of two years experience in banking, preferably as an officer in an urban/DCC bank.
Trainee Clerks
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate with at least 60% in any discipline and Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects. Candidates with a government commercial certificate exam score of 30 w.p.m. for Marathi typing and 40 w.p.m. for English typing will be given preference.
  • Experience: Not necessary.
Steno Typist
  • Educational Qualifications: The candidate must hold a Graduate degree or its equivalent from a recognized university, as well as have completed the Matriculation Examination with Marathi as one of the subjects.
  • Professional Qualifications: The candidate must pass a test in Marathi Shorthand at a speed of 80/100 w.p.m. and transcribing at a pace of 40 w.p.m., as well as have competency in the Computer Application (Word Processing and Spread Sheet). Upon their appointment, candidates will be forced to learn English stenography and typing, failing which their probation may be terminated by the bank.
