• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in English language skills, both verbal and written.

• Significant experience with Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to consumers and send invoices to them via email, fax, or regular mail, according to their preferences.
• Oversee the full cash application process, identifying and resolving unidentified cash transactions.
• Execute cash application duties for bills at designated sites, ensuring timely, correct, and confidential completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
• Follow up on internal and external customer complaints, responding to questions, and coordinating across departments to find solutions.
• Orders are reconciled to customer records by confirming credits and debits and reporting them to customers for collection or refund.
