Educational Qualifications and Experience –

Minimum Qualifications –

• B.Tech/MCA or equivalent required.
• Strong design and development skills in Java.
• PostGres/SQL.
• ORM expertise of Hibernate (or JPA2) is required.
• The Spring Framework.
• Webservices, XML.
• Knowledge of any MVC framework (JSF preferred).
• HTML and JavaScript are both supported.
• Tomcat / Jboss AS 7 (or similar J2EE App server).
• Eclipse IDE.
• Maven builds.
• One year of relevant experience in software development.

Preferred Qualifications – 

• Working knowledge of workflows (BPMN + JBPM5).
• Knowledge of the Drools Rules Management System.
• Knowledge of Java Server Faces.
• Any template library (preferably Mvel).
• Solid knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS.
• Knowledge of RESTful service architecture.
• Knowledge of code versioning technologies such as Git.
• Knowledge of SCRUM or other Agile techniques.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Ability to interact successfully with Business Analysts in order to analyze needs.
• Ability to synthesize and model changing business requirements with existing and new application functionality.
• Improve the existing GRADE model, rules, and procedures, and add new modules.
• Capability to coordinate meetings with other engineering team members.
• Develop and support the Sales Team with product demonstrations as needed.
• Help the infrastructure team improve the basic infrastructure.
