Educational Qualifications and Experience –

Graduation( Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics)

• This role requires specialized training in relevant modalities and models, which will be provided as part of the training program.
• Educational background should be equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/technical qualification with relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs effectively.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Managing all models related to Multi-Modality Imaging Equipment within the designated area. Responsible for troubleshooting complex system-level issues with multiple symptoms.
• Completing administrative tasks promptly.
• Ensuring timely documentation and completion of Field Modification Instructions (FMIs) and Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) inspections for assigned accounts.
• Building a conceptual understanding of the professional discipline, which may include technical knowledge or support roles in a broader context.
• Having a general understanding of business operations, developed through education or prior experience, and recognizing how one’s work contributes to team objectives.
• Addressing issues by following established procedures and consulting with supervisors or senior team members for guidance on matters beyond standard instructions.
• Collaborating with team members to resolve problems. In customer-facing roles, establishing strong relationships with clients and acting as the intermediary between the customer and the organization. Engaging in technical discussions, asking clarifying questions, and ensuring mutual understanding.
