DHL Off Campus Jobs 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications and Experience –
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics, industrial engineering, or management. An undergraduate degree is acceptable for GSC MNL & BOG.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- 0–3 years of experience in the BPO or logistics field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. For BOG & CTU, proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin is required.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong logical reasoning skills.
- High level of customer-centricity.
Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Understand the documentation requirements of the station/country and ensure jobs are performed according to standard operating procedures.
- Ensure departmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met as per the established delivery guidelines.
- Provide high-quality service through timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Work with colleagues to identify solutions, share best practices, and find opportunities to improve service to business partners.
- Report any operational challenges to the immediate supervisor and business partner promptly.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain regular communication and information flow as defined for the service.
