Educational Qualifications and Experience –
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Licensing (Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, and focused on process improvement.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in operations and compliance
Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Ensure a swift and smooth onboarding and account setup experience for clients. Strive to exceed client expectations through ongoing improvements and innovations in these processes.
- Manage the onboarding of new client relationships and additional team members by completing risk profiles and updating client relationships using internal onboarding tools.
- Handle account opening and maintenance requests promptly.
- Coordinate with downstream partners to finalize requests while maintaining constant communication with banking team members.
- Ensure that all received documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
- Collaborate closely with the Know Your Client (KYC) team, the Account Opening division, and product partners to ensure efficient and seamless processing.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and teamwork to support banking teams and internal partners.
- Continuously assess and refine onboarding processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with technology teams to design, build, and test new or enhanced applications.
- Assess risk carefully when making business decisions, always prioritizing the firm’s reputation and adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Promote transparency in managing and reporting control issues while upholding ethical standards in personal and business practices.
