Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

A candidate must be:-

• a citizen of India.
• a holder of a Degree in Law.
• practicing as an Advocate in the High Court of Bombay or Courts subordinate thereto for not less than seven years on the date of publication of Advertisement and while computing the period for practicing as an Advocate, the period during which he/she has held the post of Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate or Judicial Officer shall be included.

Age Limit:

The minimum age of the candidates should be 35 years and the maximum age of the candidates should not exceed 48 years.

Age Relaxation:

• OBC Candidates: 3 Years

Salary Details

Selected candidates will get a salary of Rs. 1,44,840 – 1,94,660/- Per Month.

Selection Process

The Selection process is based on the Preliminary Examination, Main Written Examination, Interview, or Viva-voce.
