Educational Qualification:
A university degree is required for the candidate. This requirement may be waived if the candidate has worked as a Stenographer (Lower Grade) for at least 10 years or a Stenographer (Higher Grade) for at least 8 years in the High Court or any other Court or Tribunal, or in the office of the Advocate General or Government Pleader, with preference given to candidates with a Degree in Law.
