The selection process for the BEML Apprentice Recruitment 2026 is refreshingly straightforward, focusing entirely on merit and verification. There will be no written examination or interview, simplifying the journey for aspiring candidates. Here’s how it works:
Application Screening: BEML will meticulously screen all online applications based on eligibility criteria and the prescribed qualifications.
Merit List Generation: A category-wise merit list will be prepared for each trade and location. This list will shortlist candidates in a 1:5 ratio against the available training slots.

Final Formalities: Final engagement is contingent upon accepting a tri-partite apprenticeship contract on the NATS/NAPS website, along with submitting a medical fitness certificate and a police verification certificate.
