Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Outbound and inbound calls to and from Financial Institutions, Merchants, and internal clients will be your responsibility.
• Merchants, Processors, MS TSC, Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Submissions, ESSU, CMS, Acquisition, Network Development, Risk Management, and Welcome Acceptance are all supported.
• Assessing and processing a diverse range of merchant requests, from simple to complicated.
• To fulfill essential maintenance requests and KYC requirements, review, comprehend, and apply information from business and legal documents such as Articles of Incorporation, Business licences, Bank Statements, Guarantee Agreements, IRS documents, AMEX Terms and Conditions, Policies, and PAD Agreements.
• Ensuring that cases are processed on time and under stringent timelines in order to improve the merchant experience.
• Strong analytical and collaborative abilities.
• Exhibiting outstanding writing and vocal communication skills.
• demonstrating self-direction and a dedication to work completion.
• Keeping a client-focused mindset with a feeling of urgency, and leading by example in providing great customer care.
• Professional interaction with clients at all levels.
• Handling numerous tasks at the same time.
• Possessing a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others.
