Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage many jobs within strict time constraints while preserving accuracy.

• Strong planning and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate successfully with all levels of management, are required.
• Flexibility to operate in a 24-hour environment, including weekends, depending on business needs.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Manage and process applications for New Commercial Clients and Card Members in the EMEA and US markets.
• Clients are served via emails or inbound and outbound phone conversations.
• Ensure that prescribed precautions are followed during account creation and maintenance.
• Conduct the appropriate checks on incoming Corporate Applications to meet regulatory, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements.
• Collaborate with internal business partners on any incorrect or incomplete configurations.
• Oversee the entire journey of a commercial setup and Card Member.
• Multitask and navigate swiftly via many screens and systems to provide great customer care in a fast-paced, controlled service centre setting.
• Document critical account information and provide solutions that benefit both the customer and the business.
• Maintain acceptable performance criteria in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
