- Candidates should have 0-2 years of Service Desk Management experience.
- Preferably holds a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Job Profile and Responsibilities
- Role Description: Act as the liaison between clients and system/application, ensuring smooth operations and addressing client issues promptly.
- Key Responsibilities:
