Educational Qualifications and Experience –

Minimum Qualifications/Skills

• BE/B Tech/MCA
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Python proficiency is required.
• Knowledge of Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Spark.
• Solid IT knowledge, including Hadoop, Hive, and HBase competence.
• Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• SQL expertise, including design and development, as well as a thorough understanding of optimization strategies (e.g., DB2, Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server).
• Excellent understanding of the AWS Cloud Platform and its services, such as EC2, EMR, Glue, Redshift, RDS, Athena, Lake Formation, and Containers.
• Effective communication abilities.
• Hands-on expertise with stream processing applications such as Kafka and KSQL, as well as knowledge of Kafka’s low-level inner workings and partitioning strategies.
• Knowledge of versioning tools such as GIT and SVN.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and logic are required.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development approaches.
• Excellent understanding of distributed architecture, including web services and messaging.
• Previous experience working in the financial services area, specifically in Cards, Payments, and Banking.
