Educational Qualification:
The candidate must have passed the Madhyamik Examination or its equivalent from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education.
Age Limit:
As of January 1, 2023, the applicant must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and no older than 27 (twenty-seven) years old. The upper age limit will be relaxed by 05 (five) years for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST) categories and by 03 (three) years for candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes categories (OBC). According to existing government rules, the upper age limit for ex-servicemen can also be relaxed. Economically Weaker Sections receive 10% of total vacancies.
