Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Updating Employee Life Cycle information in HRIS Tools.
• Managing the post-offer process, which includes formulating and extending offers to qualified candidates, as well as escalating offer-related issues to senior management or other relevant stakeholders.
• Offering assistance by supervising the requisition posting process, keeping in touch with recruiters throughout the hiring process, delivering documents to recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams, and managing candidate reimbursements through recruitment systems (e.g., expenses, relocation).
• Maintaining strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards through the implementation of applicable action plans, the adoption of the Open Door Policy, and the constant application of these principles in the execution of business operations and activities.
• Meeting work assignments and priorities by leveraging policies, data, and available resources; effectively collaborating with managers, colleagues, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; efficiently executing tasks; communicating progress and information; proposing strategies to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, challenges, and feedback.
