To be eligible for the Wealth Manager post, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience.

• Education: A 2-year full-time MBA, MMS, PGDBA, PGDBM, PGPM, or PGDM from a university or institution recognized by the Government of India.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in Wealth Management roles at Banks, AMCs, or Broking/Securities firms is required.
• Desirable: Certifications from NISM, IRDAI, or AMFI are preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must be between 25 and 35 years of age as of August 1, 2025. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per government regulations.
