OPTCL Recruitment 2023 Salary Details
- During the training duration, the Management Trainee (MT) would be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 50,000/- per month. After completing the course, the candidates would be employed as Assistant Manager (E-3 Grade) in the corresponding cadre on probation for one (1) year in the Pay Matrix of Rs. 56,100/- to Rs.1,77,500/- (Level: EE-2) with an initial Basic Pay of Rs.56,100/.
- During the training duration, the Junior Management Trainee (Jr. MT) would be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month. After completing the course, the candidates will be employed as Junior Manager (E-2) Grade in the corresponding cadre on probation for one (1) year in the Pay Matrix of Rs. 44,900/- to Rs.1,42,400/- (Level: EE-1) with an initial Basic Pay of Rs. 44,900/.
