Educational Qualification:

• Must be an Indian citizen.
• A male candidate who has more wives than one living wife, and a female candidate who is already married to someone who has another wife from the government.
• Not eligible for appointment without prior approval. 2) The candidate must be intellectually and physically healthy, and his appointment must be free of any condition that may affect his ability to perform his duties effectively.
• Should be free of physical handicaps that the Medical Board considers physically unsuitable.
• The State Government reserves the right to reject the report as ineligible, and these rules in no way limit the Government’s decision.
• Persons who have been permanently barred from examinations or appointments conducted by the Central, Karnataka, or other State Public Service (Commission) are ineligible for appointment.
• A person convicted of a moral offense, or a person temporarily barred or disqualified from examinations or appointments conducted by the Central, Karnataka, or any other State Public Service Commission, shall be ineligible for appointment until the Government, after re-examining all the circumstances, determines that he is eligible.
