Educational Qualifications and Experience –

• Freshers – B. Com. / BBA
• 0-1 Yr. Experience – Graduates in any stream.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Capability to foster effective working relationships with teammates.
• Strong interpersonal and self-motivational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with Infor products is beneficial but not required.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Execute transactions in accordance with SLA criteria, assuring accuracy as well as timely completion (TAT).
• Maintain and update related trackers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up on outstanding transactions with dependencies.
• Following the month-end calendar, ensure the timely and accurate completion of allocated tasks.
• Maintain a high degree of job quality and a strong work ethic.
• It should be noted that all of the above actions are expected to adhere to business processes and performance requirements.
