Educational Qualifications and Experience –

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 0-1 year of experience in Finance and Accounting.
• Capable of managing order fulfillment and handling cash payments, including collection and application.
• Skilled in identifying and rectifying duplicate records in vendor invoice receipts, ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Proficient in matching invoices, identifying errors, resolving exceptions, prioritizing invoices, and reducing invoice aging.
• Experience working within SOX compliance guidelines, ensuring all documents are posted only after due approval.
• Expertise in handling both manual and automatic payment requests, including verification and payment run proposals.
• Strong understanding of processing Travel and Expense (T/E) claims, resolving duplicate payments, recovery, and vendor statement reconciliations.
• Ability to manage queries through phone calls and email follow-ups.
• Familiarity with basic accounting practices and principles.
• Competent in identifying and correcting duplicate or erroneous records and taking necessary actions.
• Skilled in managing expenses effectively.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all accounting activities related to the General Ledger, including fixed assets, inter-company transactions, inventory management, cash and bank reconciliations, indirect tax management, and accruals.
• Assess risks and opportunities impacting revenues, costs, and profitability, and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure that client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines are consistently met.
