HPSC Civil Judge Jobs 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
A candidate for this Examination must be either
- a citizen of India, or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan, or
- a Tibetan refugee who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, intending to stay permanently, or
- A person who left Pakistan and moved to India. Burma, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam can establish permanent residence in India.
No person shall be eligible to be appointed a Civil Judge (Junior Division) unless he holds a degree of Bachelor of Laws from a University established by the law and approved/recognized by the Bar Council of India on or before the closing date i.e. 31.01.2024.
Age Limit:
The candidates’ ages should be limited to 21 years old at the lowest and 42 years old at the highest.
