- Collects operational data from diverse cross-functional stakeholders to analyze historical business performance.
- Detects data patterns and trends, providing insights to enhance decision-making capabilities in areas such as business planning, process improvement, and solution assessment.
- Suggests actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities, as well as improvements to operational policies.
- Engages in various types of data analysis, including exploratory, confirmatory, and qualitative analysis.
- Converts data into insights on consumer or customer behavior to inform targeting and segmentation strategies; effectively communicates findings to business partners and senior leaders.
- Continuously refines processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
- Collaborates closely with internal and external business partners to develop, implement, monitor, and enhance decision strategies.
- Assesses risk appropriately in business decisions, considering the firm’s reputation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Adheres to company policies, exercises ethical judgment in personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and transparently escalates, manages, and reports control issues.
