Educational Qualifications and Experience –

Basic Qualifications

1. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, Quicksight, or other data visualization tools.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with good logical thinking.
3. Basic knowledge of at least one scripting language, such as Python.
4. Excellent written English skills.
5. Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management Systems, Engineering, Statistics).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Python, R, or Linux/Unix for processing large data sets and statistical modeling/machine learning.
2. Familiarity with AWS services, including S3, Redshift, and Apache Spark.
3. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

This role involves providing analytical support for Supply Chain operations. The position entails collaboration with various business teams to create and maintain both ad hoc and regular business reports, as well as performing relevant analytical tasks.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven Business Analyst with a strong customer focus. The individual will engage closely with both internal and external stakeholders on:

1. Development and maintenance of Business Intelligence (BI) products.
2. Customer interactions and feature mapping.
3. Conducting ad-hoc analyses to assess system decisions and their impact on metrics.
