Animal Welfare Officer: A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & AH) or a Master’s degree (M.V.Sc.). Additionally, a minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Animal Birth Control (ABC) surgeries and post-operative care is mandatory.
Veterinary Surgeon: A B.V.Sc & AH degree registered with the Tamil Nadu Veterinary Council is essential. While a Master’s degree (M.V.Sc.) in Surgery & Obstetrics and Gynaecology is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must also have at least 2 years of experience in performing ABC surgeries and managing post-operative care.
