Educational Qualification:
- Medical qualifications listed in the first and second schedules of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956), as well as registration as a medical practitioner in West Bengal.
- Practical training as Home Staff for six months at any government hospital or other authorized institution.
Age Limit:
On January 1, 2023, ordinary Medical Graduates cannot be older than 36 years old, and those with Post-graduate Medical qualifications cannot be older than 40 years old.
