Job Profile and Responsibilities

As the responsible individual, you will oversee the execution of homepage launches, merchandising setups, and the reduction of error rates. Your role includes:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Monitoring and reporting key business data including Top of Funnel, Views, Click-Through Rate (CTR), Visits, and Revenue, as well as taking/recommending corrective actions.
2. Collaboration with On-Platform Team:
   • Working together with the on-platform team to develop offers and visibility strategies that maximize return on investment (ROI).
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Assessing and negotiating visibility opportunities with stakeholders, as well as offering improvements or alternative tactics to help the firm grow.
4. Offer and Visibility Avenue Management:
   • Managing the rollout of offers and exposure avenues while focusing on error reduction and platform testing.
5. Automation:
   • Developing dashboards, alerts, and datasets to visually display data and quickly generate actionable insights.
6. Reporting:
   • Reporting on performance to both internal and external stakeholders.
