Job Profile and Responsibilities

1. Presales Engineer –

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstrations: Present comprehensive product demos, highlighting key features and value propositions to potential clients.
• Technical Discovery: Work closely with customers to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and operational environment.
• Proof-of-Concept (POC): Lead POCs to validate the suitability of the product within the client’s infrastructure.
• RFP/RFI Management: Contribute to the preparation of technical sections for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring specific client requirements are addressed.
• Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to develop customized strategies for client engagements, presenting both technical and business benefits.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing technical assistance during the sales process, helping clients adopt the solution successfully.
• Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
• Stakeholder Communication: Ensure clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels.
• Client Feedback: Relay client feedback to the product team, influencing product enhancements and the development roadmap.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in presales or technical consulting, particularly in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, is an advantage.
• Proficiency in BI platforms and data management processes such as data warehousing, ETL, and data modeling.
• Experience in designing and executing POCs.
• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, scripting languages (Python, R), and large-scale implementations.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premise setups.
• Experience in addressing technical requirements in RFPs and RFIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

2. Technical Support Engineer –

Support Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Technical expertise in IT helpdesk or technical support roles.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies independently.
• Ability to assist customers across various channels (phone, remote, chat, email).
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts that may cover different time zones.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases or BI tools is a plus.

Customer Success Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and strong relationships throughout their journey with us.
• Work closely with customers and their management teams to understand business goals, providing proactive solutions.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to deliver optimal results.
• Conduct regular health checks to monitor customer engagement and ensure visibility.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products or services.
• Provide training to customers and gather feedback, reviews, and case studies when necessary.
