Educational Qualifications and Experience –

• Graduate (B. Com/BBA) with a Financial Background and strong analytical skills.
• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to learn new technologies. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs is essential.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly in data validation, logical functions, and analyzing large datasets. The ability to design new reports is a plus.
• Strong task management skills and an ability to work both under supervision and independently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Gather and verify data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize the collected data to generate business reports.
• Maintain multiple tracking systems for the organization.
• Provide financial reporting on engagement activities to Business Finance on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Communicate and collaborate professionally with colleagues in both the Deloitte USI and Deloitte Switzerland offices.
• Participate in discussions with Business Finance leadership, offering insights that support informed decision-making.
• Support the growth and development of the Deloitte Switzerland Controller/Business Practice.
