Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Create and format business communications and presentations, focusing on both layout and content.
• Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and in line with company standards and style guides.
• Accurately enter and update data in documents or databases, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with different departments to gather, compile, and organize information for document creation or updates.
• Provide exceptional support by promptly addressing document-related queries and requests.
• Assist with project work, demonstrating the ability to work independently while supporting a project lead.
• Organize, coordinate, and prepare for both internal and external meetings and events, including virtual gatherings.
• Handle other administrative tasks as needed, such as managing correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, timesheets, expenses, and document filing.
