Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
According to the official announcement from AIIMS Delhi, aspirants must have completed a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma, MD, MS, DNB, M.Sc, MDS, DM, M.Ch, or Ph.D from a recognized board or university.

Salary Details
As per the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), the selected candidates will get a minimum salary:
- Medical Candidates: Rs. 18,750 + 6,600 Grade Pay + NPA and other usual allowances as per the 7th CPC. Total entry pay is Rs. 67,700 in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix.
- Non-Medical Candidates (M.Sc. with Ph.D.): Rs. 56,100 in Level 10 under 7th CPC plus other usual allowances.
- Senior Demonstrators in Medical Physics & Biotechnology (M.Sc. holders): Rs. 12,090 + 4,200 Grade Pay plus other usual allowances.
Selection Process
Computer-based tests and interviews are used to choose candidates for the abovementioned positions.
