- Monitor key indicators such as revenue per unit, gross margin, provisioning liquidation, conversion rates, average order value, client acquisition, and the performance of popular models.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, allowing for the evaluation and improvement of future performance.
- Work with the finance team to ensure the portfolio’s Profit and Loss (P&L) reporting is accurate.
- Resolve disagreements with brand partners on the finance of sale day properties.
- Monitor discounting and pricing for important brands on various platforms to guarantee consistency and prevent client switching.
- Analyse inventory, revenue, stock cover, and the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Persuade diverse teams and stakeholders within the organization to align with goals and stick to project timeframes.
- Establish effective reporting processes to streamline operations.
- Participate in sales forecasting and trend analysis.
- To form new dimensions of pricing strategies, create unique studies and trends utilizing SQL, Python, Power BI, and Tableau.
