Educational Qualifications and Experience –

• All B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) streams/branches from 2022 & 2023 pass-outs with full-time education only.
• There are no active backlogs during the application and/or onboarding process.
• Completion of the necessary degree within the time frame specified.
• Candidates with an MBA/PGDBM are not eligible to apply for this position.

Experience – 0-11 Months.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, testing, assembling, maintaining, and configuring applications based on business needs.
• Understanding the business drivers that influence performance and providing software to satisfy those expectations.
• Incorporating technological trends into solutions and actively contributing in the development of automated solutions, new functionalities, and technologies for integration into current solutions.
• Resolving issues and offering customer help via phone interaction, email, chat, or remote support.

Preferred Skills – 

• Fundamental knowledge of ABAP development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and performance analysis.
• Experience or knowledge of Salesforce.com application configuration and customization.
• J2EE and full-stack development skills are required.
• Knowledge and experience in.NET development (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
• Engineering test automation involves the creation of test ideas, processes, cases, and data.

Accenture Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical

• English ability, Critical thinking, Problem-solving, Abstract Reasoning
• Technical assessment on Common Applications, MS Office, Pseudocode, Fundamentals of Networking, Security, and Cloud.

Assessment #2: Coding

• Duration: 45 minutes
• Solve 2 questions using C, C++, .NET, Java, or Python.

Assessment #3: Communication

• Duration: 30 minutes
• Assessing Sentence Mastery, Vocabulary, Fluency, and Pronunciation.

Note: Candidates who fail to pass any step will have their candidature in the recruiting process terminated.
