• Special Educator/Therapist: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology or Rehabilitation Psychology with a valid RCI CRR number; OR Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Therapy with a valid RCI CRR number; OR Diploma in Special Education (IDD/MD/VI/HI) or above, with a valid RCI CRR number. Also requires computer proficiency and Mizo language knowledge.
• Data Analyst: Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics with at least 55% marks and an ‘O’ Level computer qualification; OR Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). Knowledge of Mizo language up to Middle School standard is also essential.
• Storekeeper cum Accountant: Graduate Degree in Commerce or Mathematics with at least 55% marks, command of Tally, computer proficiency (CCC or DCA First Semester), and Mizo language knowledge up to Middle School standard.
• Case Worker (Child Helpline Unit): Bachelor’s Degree with at least 55% marks in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Psychology, Education, Human Rights or related disciplines, computer proficiency (CCC or DCA First Semester), and knowledge of Mizo language up to Middle School standard.
• House Mother / House Father: Class XII from a recognised board with at least 55% marks and Mizo language knowledge up to Middle School standard. Must be able to stay at the Child Care Institution on a 24×7 basis.
• Nurse (Female Only): General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM), computer proficiency (CCC or DCA First Semester), and knowledge of Mizo language up to Middle School standard.
• Paramedical Staff: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or Auxiliary Nursing Midwifery (ANM), computer proficiency (CCC or DCA First Semester), and Mizo language knowledge up to Middle School standard.
• Educator: Class XII from a recognised board and Mizo language knowledge up to Middle School standard.
• Art and Craft cum Music Teacher: Class XII from a recognised board and Mizo language knowledge up to Middle School standard. Preference given to candidates with working experience in art, craft or music.
