Educational Qualification
Candidates need a Post Graduate or Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university, with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Only one division application is allowed. Proficiency in Odia (speaking, reading, writing) is mandatory, demonstrated by passing it as a language subject up to 7th standard/matriculation, or a state-conducted Odia test.
