Educational Qualifications and Experience –

A graduate (excluding BE/BTech/MCA) or a high school graduate or higher, depending on the geographical location.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in English.
• Customer service skills.

Job Profile and Responsibilities

Stakeholder/Business Management:

• Administering and assisting in the management of client product support for customers who contact the support center via phone, chat, or email.
• Providing inbound and outbound customer service to overseas clientele.
• Customers are shown client products (such as Analytics, YouTube, and so on).
• Ensure efficient and timely service delivery across teams for numerous clients, partnering with functional leads to establish overall strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Working with the Business Development (BD) team to extend services and gain new clients.
• Creating and managing a risk and mitigation plan based on talks with project stakeholders.
• Serving clients through account managers or, in some situations, directly through various applications.
• Reporting performance status and resolving escalations to the manager.

Web:

• Designing and building internet/intranet web pages in the prescribed format while keeping to customer specifications within the agreed-upon turnaround time (TAT).

Design:

• Creating client marketing collaterals/presentations in accordance with mandated brand requirements, while adhering to agreed-upon schedules and accuracy.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Providing information, training customers, updating trackers, and ensuring that necessary programs and tools are updated. Informing Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Team Leaders (TL) of new concerns.

People/Team:

• Contributing to and taking part in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Participating in and contributing to organizational activities.
