The selection for Clerk positions involves a multi-stage process:
Online Written Examination (CBT): A 2-hour test covering General Knowledge (50 marks) and English Composition (50 marks). Candidates need 33% in each subject and 40% overall to qualify. A 1/4th negative marking applies for wrong MCQs.
Computer Proficiency Test (CPT – Qualifying Only): Cleared CBT candidates take a qualifying CPT. This includes a Spreadsheet Test (10 marks, 40% pass required) and an English Typing Test (30 WPM).
Document Verification / Interaction: Final verification round.
Final selection is strictly based on CBT marks.
