PGCIL Engineer Trainee Jobs 2023 Salary Details
- During the one-year training session, selected individuals will be paid Rs.40,000/- -3%- 1,40,000(IDA). During the training term, they would be paid a base salary of Rs. 40,000/- along with IDA, HRA, and Perks at 12% of the basic salary.
- Following successful completion of training and regularisation, the candidate would be hired as an Engineer in the E2 scale – Rs. 50,000/- 3%- 1,60,000/- (IDA).

- The Selection Process includes normalized marks acquired (out of 100) in the GATE 2023 relevant paper, behavioral assessment, group discussion, and personal interview.
