UPSSSC Excise Constable Recruitment 2026 Application Fees

  • For all categories (Unreserved/General, OBC, SC, ST, DFF, Ex-Servicemen, Women, PwD, Outstanding Sportsperson): ₹25/-.

This initial fee is for online application processing. Candidates who are shortlisted for the Main Examination will be required to pay a separate examination fee before they can download their admit card. Details for the main exam fee will be announced later.

UPSSSC Excise Constable Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

To be eligible for the Excise Constable position, candidates must meet the age criteria as of 1st July 2026. The age requirements are:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 40 years

Relaxations in the upper age limit will be provided for candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC of Uttar Pradesh), State Government Employees, and Chief Minister Research Fellowship holders, as per the prevalent Government of Uttar Pradesh rules and orders.

Educational Qualification

For the Excise Constable role, candidates must have successfully passed the Intermediate (10+2) examination from the Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education or hold an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.

Preferential Qualifications: In cases where candidates have equal qualifications and merit, preference will be given to those who possess:

  • A minimum of two years of service in the Territorial Army, OR
