Candidates interested in the Actuarial Apprentice position must hold a Graduation or Post-Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. A relaxation of 10% in marks is provided for SC/ST candidates. A crucial requirement is that applicants must have successfully passed at least two actuarial subjects from the examinations conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) or the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA, UK).

The selection procedure is designed to identify the most suitable candidates through a comprehensive evaluation. All eligible applicants will be shortlisted and invited to participate in the following stages:
Interview / Group Discussion: Candidates will undergo an Interview and/or a Group Discussion, which will be conducted online. This stage assesses communication skills, subject knowledge, and overall suitability.
Medical Examination: Final selection is contingent upon the candidate successfully clearing a medical examination.
The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the interview/group discussion.
